PE Analyst Comp (NYC/SF)

First year analyst at MM fund in a tier 1 city (NYC/SF) looking to renegotiate my 2nd year comp in light of the pay bumps across the industry. Any data points on what people are paying analysts at middle Market ($2-5bn) funds? Feeling grossly underpaid relative to what some of my IB friends are getting, but really have no visibility into what Street comp should be given the smaller size of PE analyst programs.

Just left my MM PE gig in NY since they werent bumping comp. When I joined it wasnt half-bad for the 70-ish hours, got 165 An1 and then 185 An2.

Yeah I mean important thing to note is I was an An1 before the round of raises. My BB An1 offers were in the 130-150 range and EBs were paying in the 180s so it was comparably quite good given the hours and my options. After the switch Im well into the 300s but ive also moved up the food chain to a UMM as an Associate.
