PE Analyst for a year, now what

Hi

I am a FRDP on rotation with our firm’s well established PE group. I have fallen in love with the PE industry and want stay in it long term. Problem is, my group only hires 2-year IB Analysts....go to solid IB or try to find another PE Group?
