PE deal sheets and PE investment memos
Hi, are there any of these available online to see how a PE firm puts together its info to decide on whether a company is a good bet? (ideally I am looking for a similar thing for credit memo)
I tried to google this and looked at the SEC ex- records but I didnt find anything really relevant...
