PE Firms Known for Promoting to VP/PARTNER/CARRY Without MBA
Just wondering if there are PE firms out there known for promoting associates to VP and partner with ultimate carry without requiring an MBA. Thanks in advance.

Yes plenty of firms out there do that. Lots of the mid market funds as well as a good handful of the larger cap funds. Take a look at team profiles at funds that are of interest to you, and you should be able to tell whether each fund promotes directly w/o an MBA based on what proportion of their VPs and up have / do not have MBAs

Most of our staff do not have an MBA, especially the European colleagues (people are less likely to have an MBA in Europe). many of them were promoted to Sr. Director levels (global), or even partners in their respective locations because of their overall career progress in combination with language/cultural exposure, etc
