PE Fund Evaluation Software

This question goes out to anyone working at a limited partner investing in private equity (FoF, pension fund, endowment, foundation etc.). What software, if any, do you use to perform quantitative fund diligence - things like detailed IRR and MOIC verification, EBITDA and revenue growth at portcos, leverage analysis etc. I have heard of people using eVestment and Cepres before. Any others that you might have heard of? Any experience with eVestment or Cepres?

Also on a related note, how do you do benchmark analysis? Preqin, Pitchbook, Burgiss, Cambridge? For anyone using more than one, how do you think about the relative strength of your preferred service provider? I, for one, have heard that Burgiss has the best data on US private equity and that Pitchbook has the best data on PE backed portcos.
