I'm starting to prep for PE interviews (new grad roles), and I've noticed a lot of the IB guides have large sections on mergers and merger models. I've worked a couple internships in PE and have done several PE internship interviews; I haven't run into much of the merger-specific stuff.
Are the merger model type questions mostly for IB candidates?
