Which PE firms recruit out of undergrad? How possible would it be to go to PE from a semi target out of undergrad?

Does GTCR hire FTs who did IB for SA elsewhere?
Depends on the region. In the US I know Blackstone and KKR do. In Europe I don't know if KKR recruits out of undergrad, but Neuberger Berman does.

BX, KKR, Ares, Bain, Warburg Pincus, Apollo (non PE roles), Oaktree (non PE roles), Silver Lake, Audax, BC Partners, Apax, GTCR, Charlesbank, Graham Partners, Altamont, probably a few other MMs
