When is the best time to start prepping for on-cycle recruiting? Fall Semester Senior Year, Spring Semester Senior Year, or after graduation? Thanks.

I believe you should start prepping even before your senior fall semester. PE firms will start recruiting during and by the end of the fall semester, so you better be prepared when they do. I saw that Vista Equity Partners opened up their 2021 FT analyst recruiting a few days ago.

I believe the response above was aimed towards full time analyst recruiting not on cycle which the OP seemed to be focusing on so it should be disregarded
