PE Secondaries / Co-invest comp? (Alpinvest, Blackstone, etc)
What is the progression and comp like at the large secondaries / co-invest shops in the US? Talking about Blackstone Strategic Partners, Alpinvest, Coller, Lexington, etc.
I found some data that associates at Alpinvest pull around ~250k but what about senior associates, VP and above? Appreciate any insight

For coinvestments, Would assume a 30 percent discount to whatever direct PE teams make. Coinvestments funds typically earn a lower management fee from their LPs than a direct GP would, but there are probably fewer mouths to feed as well
Does 210-245 sound about right for an assoc1 then?
Seems slightly high to me. Would assume base salary of 125k plus 75 percent of base. If base salary is higher then would apply the same 75 percent to that number. Not sure how many firms across the finance spectrum will give a bonus that is 100 percent of base anymore
Spent a year on a co investment team. Very great comp to hours ratio.
