Been thinking about joining a crossover fund for a while, yet the recent environment is giving me pause. I'm currently at a UMM PE fund with good performance.
Is this still a good time to join a crossover fund like Dragoneer / D1 given how much the market has deflated?

Same boat, my own .02 is now is not a good time… find a new fund that doesn’t have a crazy mark to recover to in order to start seeing carry…
Is it likely that firms would re-set their watermark / will LPs allow that?
