PE/IB in Dallas or Miami (NYC exit opps)

Cliffs notes: MBA ASO, BB IB focused on energy, mostly renewables, in NY. I'd like to get out of NYC sooner rather than later. Aware that Houston has a lot of energy IB so that's an obvious consideration, but I just personally prefer Dallas and Miami more as cities. Houston wouldn't be a terrible option if nothing else comes up, but Dallas and Miami would be preferred. Willing to take a minor base cut if necessary.

What I could use some help with - Houston banks I have a pretty good pulse on. What I could use some help on are what are the PE firms worth mentioning in Dallas and Miami. The reason I ask is that IB in Dallas and Miami seems rather limited. I know Dallas has some MMs like Houlihan, Oppenheimer, Stephens, and whatever you want to classify Texas Capital Bank as. I'm not hyper-obsessed with prestige or anything but I would like to keep my foot on the gas career-wise at least for the next few years, so if there isn't much in the way of BB/EB banking, I'm curious what the PE firms would be. Very open to another energy/infra role. From what I can tell, Dallas has NGP, Crestline (Ft. Worth), and I know Houston has a bunch including the energy/infra megafunds like EnCap and IFM. Miami metro area I know there is HIG and Palm Beach Capital, what else?

What else, and also, if this is a very dumb question that I can find on Dealbook or similar, please let me know. I've been trying to poke around on databases like that but open to ideas since hadn't really gotten a concise list of who in PE has an actual office in some of those cities.

In return, I promise margaritas if I end up in Texas or mojitos if I end up in Miami.
