I think someone / a post here mentioned they had 'global' resourcing (i.e., you could be working on a US deal from the UK...).
Returns have been stellar though, and culture seems reasonable from what I hear (other than the resourcing point).
Comp I reckon is ~£180 - 200k all in for Associate.

P4 (2006): 1.7x DPI
P5 (2014): 2.1x DPI
P6 (2016): 0.6x DPI / ~2.0x TVPI (only had ~5 exits out of ~25)
P7 (2020): ~1x TVPI

If a HH tells you they will send your CV to a company, without explicitly saying the timeline of the process, you can be assured they are not mandated by the company, and are just collecting CVs to come across credible
