It seems like you're referring to the start date for on-cycle recruiting. Based on previous WSO threads, on-cycle recruiting dates are typically determined by firms and headhunters, and they can vary year to year. If you're suggesting a change in the start date, it would be best to communicate directly with the relevant headhunters or firms involved in the process. They are the ones who coordinate and finalize these schedules.

If you're preparing for on-cycle, make sure you're ready for any sudden announcements, as these processes can sometimes kick off unexpectedly. Good luck!

Same here lol not because I’m not prepared but it’s just easier to sneak out of office on the Friday.

You’re being short sighted if you think this isn’t next week. Anyone in contact with HH / firms has been made aware

Not going to argue here further, have discussed with all HHs and they have 0 clue / are in the same boat as every candidate…no real clue when things kick off. Don’t fear monger just to force a timeline convinient to you. Until a MF kicks, it doesn’t kick.

Thank you for saying this, 100% in agreement with you. People have hive-minded into thinking it will be on Monday / early next week when in reality no one has a clue and it could not happen for another 2-3 weeks.
