I’ll keep this short. I am looking to sell my business and want a clean exit.
The Business:
- Industry: Citizenship by Investment & Golden Visas.
- My Role: I handle the client consulting/strategy (Sales).
- Fulfillment: 100% outsourced to B2B partners/lawyers on the ground.
The Revenue Mechanics (Commission): It operates on high-margin.
The Deal Breaker : It is purely transactional.
The Question: I am targeting a valuation under $50k for a quick sale.
Since this is too small for traditional business brokers but too specialized for generic "business for sale" websites, where should I be looking?
