Practical advice needed

I’ll keep this short. I am looking to sell my business and want a clean exit.

The Business:

  • Industry: Citizenship by Investment & Golden Visas.
  • My Role: I handle the client consulting/strategy (Sales).
  • Fulfillment: 100% outsourced to B2B partners/lawyers on the ground.

The Revenue Mechanics (Commission): It operates on high-margin.

The Deal Breaker : It is purely transactional.

The Question: I am targeting a valuation under $50k for a quick sale.

Since this is too small for traditional business brokers but too specialized for generic "business for sale" websites, where should I be looking?

OP got flamed so bad on his prior thread that he deleted it and changed his user.

Looking at the post history makes these threads from OP even more hilarious. This "company" is PRE-REVENUE!

OP is clearly advertising this "business" for sale and isn't seeking genuine advice. @WallStreetOasis.com  should be flagging these threads and banning the user - this is getting ridiculous.

Watch all the monkey shits fly my way from OP's handful of spam accounts.
