I'm a junior in college majoring in Finance and am interviewing for a private equity internship on Monday. Can anyone with experience in the industry give me advice about what kind of questions to expect, what to be ready for, etc? Any advice would be appreciated.

Just landed a MF/UMM internship at undergrad. I would first of all learn everything about the fund’s strategy and some of their recent investments. If it’s a big fund you should be able to find the deal rationales.

Then you obviously need to have a decent knowledge of accounting and valuation. Would recommend to read the BIWS 400 questions, the Rosenbaum and pearl guide (LBO and ratios chapters) and the paper LBO example in the street of walls website.

Also never hurts to read the WSJ/FT for a few days to catch up with the news.

Best of luck!
