Preparing for Off-Cycle Recruiting

Hi all,

Just wondering if there is anyone who has gone through off cycle Associate recruiting that could comment on the difference in preparation between on and off cycle and what those interview processes generally look like (as compared to the hectic on cycle single-day interviews). It looks like plenty of top-tier firms kept a number of seats open for a second process in December, January, February, etc. so I wanted to start thinking about how to get ready. Thanks so much
