Pricoa Private Capital London/Europe

Anyone know anything about the firm in Europe? I know they're quite big in the US with multiple offices but I'm looking at the investment analyst programme in London which looks quite neat. Anything on comp / nature of work / exit opps / deal flow / relative ranking would be really appreciated.

Interviewed with them in UK and know a guy who worked there but then lateralled to a big bank (think CS, DB, Barc etc.). My general consensus is they're a solid lifestyle choice and some smart people, although recent hires at junior level have been definitely lower calibre than banks and they consider for the number one criteria for recruiting (a guy that got an offer there had no finance background and had a music degree).

Would definitely not take if you have a BB IBD offer or EB offer, although if you don't value exit opps they offer and want to study CFA and not get crushed this may be for you. They used to be incredibly strong in private credit market, although due to rapid growth of many other funds in London I see them a lot lot less. I think my friend said culture is good, and they promote internally very well, although is generally quite a white workplace compared to banks.

Overall a decent opp, but not for the very best
