I was wondering if the top Private Equity firms (Blackstone, Apollo, Bain Cap, KKR, etc) had diversity programs for associate levels positions for Black and Latinx applicants.
I'm not sure if they consider racial diversity at all, I have only heard about diversity for female representation but nothing else.
Please let me know if you know anything about the process!
