Private Equity Deal with a Company

Hello everyone ! For a job at the university, I should introduce a deal between a private equity firm and a company in detail, meaning: with numbers and terms. The whole thing must be a real deal, of course, and nothing fictitious. Unfortunately I found nothing after several hours of searching. Can someone help me to find one? thank you in advance

Is this for a class project / presentation? Generally in order for PE deals to have enough data to support such a project, the target would need to be a take-private of a publicly traded company. So your best bet would be to focus your search on megafunds doing these deals. There should be a lot of information available on these, particularly if you go to the SEC website and read the transaction background as well as the fairness opinion in the merger proxies. Is there a specific industry you want to focus on?

Thanks for your reply. Yes exactly, it's for a class project. We have to analyse a deal between the company and the private equity holding. Which conditions they required, how they define the fees. Basically all the financial information between those 2 parties.
