Private equity Intern Role

Hello everyone,

So I got the offer of an intern in European private equity based in Brussels my main tasks will be :

  • Provide daily support to CEO/CFO
  • Help with quarterly reporting
  • Support with ESG reporting
  • Support with the implementation of digital systems projects
  • Training on valuation, actively contributing to team discussions
  • Meet with partners, financial institutions and consultants on matters related to the financial performance and the project

Since this will be my first experience in a private equity, can you explain to me these roles and what should i expect daily, will I be involved in LBO modelling too ?

Thank you in advance !
