Providence Strategic Growth (PSG)

Interested in learning more about the PSG platform which seems to be a strong focus for the firm. Appears that most of the team is split between Boston / London. Any insight into culture and recruiting is greatly appreciated. Also, I noticed that someone in another thread compared their Analyst / Associate roles to Summit / TCV in terms of sourcing - are they as heavy as sourcing as these other firms?
