How many PTO/vacation days do you get per year and what is your title? Trying to understand what is standard. Thanks!

2nd year associate at a ~7-10B AUM shop. 3 weeks outside of the 2 weeks that are Christmas-New Year (everyone "takes" those off).
Would be hard pressed to actually use the 3 weeks of PTO, though, as it is very frowned upon and you get pinged all of the time to work while on vacation. Culture is pretty toxic if you can't tell...
Associate, 3 weeks (similar to poster above, excludes 2 weeks around Christmas / New Year's that everyone takes off)
Haven't used the full 15 days but generally I've been left alone on the vacation that I've taken (~7-8 days my first year)
~15 days technically but have only ever been able to get off for a week, with my first year vacation having 2 days fully blown up (and generally needing to check email throughout). Pretty much forced to take it end of August when everyone is off or chances of it getting ruined are even higher. US policies / attitudes for vacation are wack…
