Quarterly reports to LPs

Hi guys, sorry if dumb question, im an undergraduate eyeing into IB/PE and looking to learn. Are there any resources for investors reports from PE funds (ie CVC, BX, KKR.. quarterly reports to LPs) available?. I just need some recent examples (growth equity funds preferably).

If you need the structure, you could check out the best practice guide from the international limited partners association. They have some best practice example reports in their guide as well.

From what I’ve seen in VC, I would guess that they’re pretty straightforward

  • General: Some letters from the GP, overall performance graphs, major risks, state of the economy, etc.
  • OnePager to present new investments
  • Portfolio Overview as a Table with TVPI and other financials per investment
