Question About Making a Buyout Pitch
When making a buyout pitch, what summary financials are important to include in the executive summary and also what is important to consider when proposing the capital structure?
Last 3 years financial data, 5-year projections, assumptions for working capital, depreciation, SG&A, etc., pro forma projections with new cap structure, returns analysis
Comparable companies' cap structures, market appetite, returns required to equity
This is basic.

Brief overview of target company and industry (1/4 of page) Detailed section on investment thesis, value creation, and key factors for success (1/2 page) Proposed Capital Structure and summary financials (1/4 of page)
