Questions to ask CEO/Chairman of large PE fund

I'm leaving my fund soon so I set up some time with my firm's CEO. He was nice enough to oblige and is definitely a titan of industry. It is a big firm so have not had any 1:1 interaction thus far.

I want to ask him questions that yield interesting reflections on his career or provide advice that is so good it makes me feel conviction in my career direction (either rethinking it or continuing on).

Do you have any suggestions?
