Quick Question - Estimating Levered Returns
Is there a quick way to estimate levered returns when you have the unlevered returns, WITHOUT doing the modeling?
I have seen senior people do it in meetings to check things and as a gut check...
For example, lets say unlevered returns are around 11% or so...
Thanks in advance!
