Super cool team apparently (at least on junior level). Friends went out for drinks with a couple of the juniors (UK) and had a really good time (aka not type A finance bros)

From my knowledge they have a great culture and people usually stay for the longer term vs other banks. Compensation is among top of the street for comparable positions.

Deal experience varies a lot, but you can clearly have exposure to major deals (i.e. recently the merger between WWE and UFC).

IMO one of the other big pros is the “unique”business model in which you get exposure to both advisory and investing.

Obviously very niche though, given the sector coverage. However, if you really like the sectors and see yourself working on them long term it seems to be the place to be.

You can get good looks anywhere if you want - but most of the people there don’t look for any MF exists nor anything related.

Not too many people been leaving, but exits are usually cool corp dev roles within their sectors, as well as other growth funds.

Name wise, within their sectors they are super reputable and anyone within those sectors will know them. But the average person (even within IB or finance) will not know them.
