RCP is a fund of funds. I don’t think LMM (direct) PE roles will be relevant. I’d look for fund of funds comps.
Yeah my bad, just realized its a LMM PE fund of funds, not direct PE firm
From doing research, salary still seems to be similar since the companies that it invests in will be generating the same return (more or less) as if they did the LBO themselves...however, returns will be a little reduced from top PE firms just because of the additional diversification
