Re-recruit from Mid to High EB if targeting MF?

I am a Junior at effectively a mid to non-target (severe undiagnosed ADHD until Junior year of HS lol) at a mid to high EB (MOE/ LAZ/ PJT/ PWP) range. I honestly just took the first offer I got despite being in the CVP, EVR, and BB processes and regret not accelerating. I know I could have done better and want to do MF --> SM HF and have a genuine interest in investing.

Is it worthwhile for me to re-recruit or should I stick it out? Am I being a sweaty retard? My firm has exited to most if not all MFs but obviously not as good per capita compared to say EVR. How much of the MF process is firm + school versus your own merit?

Congrats on PWP. But if LAZ/MOE/PJT, probably no need to. CVP is in the same bucket as the other 3 in terms of exits.

EVR does probably provide an advantage, but remember placements are super dependent i) school ii) bank iii) group iv) gpa/test scores v) interviewing skills. (Good group at LAZ/MOE/PJT >>> Bad group at EVR if that exists lol)

If anything, your school will hold you back...

Thankfully not at PWP I guess lol. I guess my concern w school is more so that it is very very strong academically but pretty much no finance presence. I'm sure you can guess which. I will somewhat confidently be at a top group so nothing to worry abt you think?
