Real Estate Plusses and Minuses?
I am looking at PE VC HF jobs across verticals. One of them is in RE in Chicago. The Partner of this fund is crazy for RE being better than PE Tech. What is the sell-job on why one would take a RE job post An2 at an EB vs a Tech VC?
