Real Estate Private Equity Case study

Hi, I have to complete an Excel Case Study for an Real Estate Private Equity Position.

I was wondering if someone was able to answer some of my questions considering I don't really have experience modeling for Real Estate.

Case would be a Multifamily building/office, with different rolling tenants, 2 Bullet financing lines (one for acquisition and one for CapEx)..

I know I have to build a rent roll and Unlevered and Levered CF but I have some doubts about how to proceed with the financing lines (considering we have 2) and how to calculate the PP or the management fees (are they applied monthly?)...

If anyone could help or have similar models to review, thanks!
