Recreating my own "IBD training"?

Hi guys: Long story short, I'm a career switcher looking to get into PE with some relevant experience but no IBD experience. I've been building models on my own and have gone through WSO LBO guide and BIWS. However, one issue I have is I don't get feedback on my models.

I want to make myself competent and be as good of a modeler as those who went through IBD training - I want to close the gap through my own effort rather than hoping that some future employers will help me do it. What are the best training materials out there for this purpose please? I would love any pointers to model samples, esp. if they are the same / close to what people actually use in IBD.

Thanks
