Recruiting for finance... with an industry-binding scholarship

Help me please! I received two internship offers for the summer going into my senior year - one from a middle market / bulge bank in investment banking, and another in a very brand-name private equity firm. I'm in a good spot in terms of my offers, but I won't name them because I don't want to be identified.

At the beginning of college, I got a scholarship for people wanting to go into the education industry. I originally said I wanted to do education administration, which I still think would be good for me. But I want to first do the whole NYC Wall Street thing.

The thing is, neither of those internships are focused on the education industry. The investment bank told me I could do full-time education IB, but at the PE firm there aren't really any education opportunities. Many people have told me objectively the PE firm is the better offer, but I can't help but feel obligated to go into education because I've received a good amount of scholarship money (like nearly all 4 years of tuition) for that purpose. I would be open to all other industries if I didn't feel so obligated.

Please help me and let me know your thoughts. Should I feel obligated? What offer should I take? If any of you have been in similar situations, please share your experience!
