Recruiting for GE after 1 Year in IB
1st-year analyst who just started full-time end of January. Interested in leaving banking after the 1-year mark for growth (also considering corp dev/finance in tech or maybe buyout but unlikely). Has anyone done this? How was your timeline and experience?
