Remote WFH options in PE?
Curious if others firms are talking about flexible WFH policies post-COVID. Does anyone’s firms allow them to live in a different state than where the firm is HQ’d?

Bump. Anyone heard anything / have any intuition as to what the status of WFH will be post-COVID (i.e. some sort of hybrid model, etc.)? For context, my firm has been relatively tight-lipped, but has mentioned they are considering some form of a more flexible arrangement in the new normal (West Coast based MF for context).
Nope, our guys are pretty adamant that in-person work is still SOP going forward

Three days in, two days out is being proposed. Personally don’t care as long as wfh is cool during holidays and if not feeling the office every now and then
