Anybody have any good recommendations to learn the technicals for M&A and LBO modeling regarding software?
I've come across Adventis and the FMVA program but not sure if either resource will be useful for me as I am interested in modeling as it relates to software.
Any recommendations for resources is greatly appreciated.
