Resume templates for associate recruiting

Found a lot of templates for FT/undergrad recruiting but the ones for associate on-cycle are all outdated from 2012 or earlier. It seems like work experience comes first, followed by education, and then activities and interests.
I'm curious to know what your opinions are:
- Selected deal/transaction section under each position: how is this usually formatted? Sub-bullets for each project/deal?
- Does it make sense to include internship experience if relevant? Especially for early on-cycle when you don't have deal/transaction experience yet, could you just include some stuff from the summer?
- If you returned full-time to a summer internship, do you have separate entries or just list the roles under one company entry?
- Include GPA and SAT scores under education for undergrad. Always omit high school? Do you list any courses?
- Do you still include activities/ECs/leadership if they're finance/investing related? Thoughts on this section?
- I'm assuming still good to have interests/skills section at the the very bottom.

If someone has actual/modified templates from the recent few years from successful candidates that would be really helpful.
Thanks!

My 2 cents:

1) Each deal listed out along with announcement / closing date. Sub-bullets under with your specific role on the deal

2) Yes, include relevant internship experience. Early on cycle you won't have anything to fill your resume with. Even after 1-2 years you're unlikely to have more than 2-3 worthwhile deals that have been announced if you're at a larger bank with higher transaction values / lower volumes.

3) Keep the roles under the same entry if returning back for FT

4) Yes, omit high school. I didn't have any "relevant coursework," but I imagine keeping this is fine.

5) Yes and even if not, good volunteer work or involvement in other areas is still worth keeping.

6) Yes, still keep this though it doesn't need to take up a substantial amount of room.

I'll see if I can dig up my old resume from year 2 of banking, if so will share it with you.

For the last section on skills & interests what's your opinion on writing down obvious things such as Microsoft Excel/ppt under skills or English under language? I've always thought those were best to be omitted since those should be assumed, but would like to hear if there's a difference in opinion or reality.

If you can share an anonymized copy of yours that would be really helpful, thanks!
