I think a decent fund, healthcare services and roll up focused. Heard they can be sweaty but not 100% sure on the source here so I would take that with a grain of salt.

Heard negative things about the firm culture wise. Nothing really differentiated in their strategy, seems like the only common factor in the firm is people that want to be in denver. But won’t say anything special or impressive overall.
Curious for the culture component… any additional insight you’re willing to share? PM if easier
One thing to think about in the small cities like Denver is you are relatively stuck at your employer and your employer knows that - It not like there are 5 other shops you can go to in Denver. That being said the power is with the employer not the employee if they know you are tied to Denver.
Can’t you just lateral to any PE firm in a T1 city though still?
Sorry, but this is not right. Revelstoke is very well known in MM healthcare and you could easily lateral to another shop in a T1 city
