Hey guys - I'm lateraling funds and am class of 2020 HS MBA. So 2 and a half years out (I guess that's VP3 / senior VP / junior principal? Depending on title?). The carry portion of the package looks decent and the cash portion is 700k (could be up to 50k higher if some low probability events materialize). What are your thoughts on this? UMM (10bn+ latest fund size). NYC.

I feel like that's pretty good cash comp for the role, what's the base/bonus split? Also, is there any carry attached to this offer?
