Seems very questionable. I highly doubt that of all the schools that participated and teams that submitted, there were 3 teams from Penn that were "better" than everyone else.

Just wait for the Warburg competition, they're known to be liberal and even require 1 woman per team, so it won't be meritocratic, will give you non Penn a chance as diversity
