Sr. Associate -> VP
LMM buyout fund that is about to close on our next fund of $300M. LCOL city in the south. I have been at the firm for 2 years as a Sr Associate and will be promoted to VP at the end of the year. Current comp is $145k base + 40% bonus + a lil carry. What’s a reasonable comp package to expect alongside the promotion?
