Bumping, see a few posting for NYC roles.
Spoke with a VP there that described their internal culture as "cult like" and viewed this as a positive. He also said they had some turnover in their team back in 2021. I would figure there's some cultural drawbacks to hit the 10x growth they've seen. Probably a little sweaty and lighter on comp but could be a good spot to see a lot of reps.
Definitely lighter on the comp. Year end bonuses are around 20-40% of base. They plug the BS of all employees are owners and because of that they don't want to take too much cash out of the firm. The senior guys don't seem to be doing bad. Firm is way way way too top heavy.
