Thoughts on starting career out of college in MM/LMM PEs in SEA/APAC? Think shops like Affinity, Dymon Asia PE, Novotellus, Primavera, Navis? (understand strat/size are different but it’s to make clear what space i’m referring to)
Any idea what comps are like? And how do SEA/APAC MF recruiters view candidates from these shops?
