Susquehanna Growth Equity 2022 Update

Hi all,

I have seen threads on this before but I am curious to hear a 2022 update on SGE in terms of deal flow, comp, exits, culture. They seem to be a solid shop investing out of the SIG balance sheet and have some bigger names under them, but there is not a ton of info on the above points. Would love to hear from anyone on the street or in the comapny

Culture is fantastic. Down to earth people that are very smart as well. Heard good things about comp and you'll have a better standard of living in Philly vs. NYC. They also promote internally if you're good. If you know you want to do growth equity and don't mind living in Philly, can't think of a better firm. I went another direction while recruiting just because I wasn't committed to either GE or Philly.

Anyone know intern/FT class size. Was thinking 4 but did not know if anyone knew specifically?
