"Take a look at this CIM" - how long should it take?

Hi guys:

When a senior person at a fund tells an associate to "take a look at this CIM and get started on the model" - how much time is usually available to complete that , and what are the expected output please?

Thank you

Almost always a high level first look model like this is built off a firm template and also associated with some kind of a 1-2 page write up. All in should take 1-3 hours (depending on how new you are).

"I'm going to make him an offer he can't refuse."
