Hello,
For people interested in pre ipo financing for a tech startup that requires a series 7 what is the typical approach. Obviously it would not be typical broker deal sponsoring as they are not going to be working for a broker dealer. I understand many already are active. For those that have no series 7 what is the typical path. Do they find a sponsor do the startups often sponsor them. Thanks.*
