I'd say total comp is ballpark $150k (depends on a few variables). Hours are about 80+/week. You will work on weekends. Pretty much what you would expect.

asking because i think i would actually enjoy sourcing, but i don't want to go to a place where the hours are as bad (especially weekends etc.)
AKKR and Thoma both grind hard from what I’ve heard. Thoma is more purely PE / buyout than growth / VC though, unless they raised a new fund I’m not aware of
Update on TCV? Comp seems trash not sure if worth leaving UMM comp for something like that
