Heard great things about returns, obviously has grown very quickly so sounds like it is well respected across the street. Heard most of the groups are very tough culturally, and a bit of opaqueness surrounding investment committee / leadership decisions / etc. To my knowledge, pay is fairly standard across UMM (~$325 base+bonus)

The recent worldpay exit probably probably was a >2x MOIC in 2 years, >45% IRR. Assuming a $3 billion equity check on the investment out of the $11 billion Fund XIV, what does trajectory look like for Fund XV? With Fund XIV already getting >0.5x DPI in just two years from Worldpay exit, would they raise a bigger fund for Fund XV that is similar in size to New Mountain or LGP ~$15 billion?

What is comp for GTCR ASO 1 and 2? previous figures are saying 330 and 380 not sure if dated

Does anyone have a clue what their HF and PE placements look like out of business school?
