Pretty decent MM funds. I worked on an acquisition with them few years ago when I was in banking and except the Partner, they were very decent and nice people as far as I can remember. They recruited a lot recently at the Executive level (analyst/associate equivalent I think) so they have now quite a big bench.
Latest fund is EDIF III (2019 vintage) and has a focus on core and core-plus assets across Europe, a targeted 10%-12% IRR and a 15-year life with an option for its LPs to elect to extend by another five years. Size of €3.5bn.
Unfortunately, won't be able to give you data points on comps. The hours are like everywhere in MM, pretty crappy during exec but you are likely to have your weekends and evenings otherwise.
