Towerbrook Associate Interview
Hi, I’m a second year in a middle market industrials group with an interview at Towerbrook for their NY office coming up soon. Wanted to see if anyone had been through their process and had any advice. So far I know there’s two 45 min interviews (one technical, one fit), 2.5 hour template modeling test (you do the projections and returns analysis) and a discussion after, and last you meet with more people from the firm.
I’m assuming a paper LBO and deal discussion for the technical interview. For the modeling test, not sure what to expect (3 statement, anything tricky, etc.) since it’s only 2.5 hours but also it’s a template test so who knows.
Wanted to see if anyone had any advice, experience or input here. Thanks
How’d you get the interview coming from MM?
Got an email from Amity and responded
Can I pm you about your experience w them?
any chance you could give insights into what the interview process was like? was it how you outlined above? thank you
Bump. Anyone else have insight? Wondering how important the b-Corp status is to the culture / strategy.
Limited. Culture-wise it's just a nice to have when discussing with potential LPs and with potential targets that may want to have it too ("We have done it so we can help you do it to").
On strategy, they launched an ESG-focused fund (3rd strategy after PE and TSO). So not directly related to B-Corp but in the same vibe
Bumping, can anyone give any info on TB?
